Lithuanian Passport and ID card

Every applicant must make an appointment for the renewal or the issuance of a Lithuanian passport or ID card.
The list of requirements for the renewal of an old passport:
- 2 photos (3,5 x 4,5 cm), see more information on the website of Personalisation of Identity Documents Centre under the Ministry of the Interior.
- Old passport or ID card (in case it is lost/stolen, the notification is filled and signed at the Embassy).
- Consular fee
The usual term for renewing passport or ID card is about 2 months, issuance of the new passport or ID card in place of the stolen or lost one can take about 3 months.
