Complaints procedures

You may contact a Lithuanian diplomatic mission/consular post in the following ways:

  • By telephone or email, using the contact details provided in the mission's/consular post's contact section.
  • Through the E. Pilietis website: https://epilietis.lrv.lt/
  • Through the E. Delivery (E. Pristatymas) system: https://epristatymas.lt/

Submission of Requests and Complaints

A written request or complaint must:

  • Be in the official Lithuanian language, or be submitted together with a translation into Lithuanian;
  • Be legible and signed;
  • Include the applicant's first name and surname (if submitted by an individual) or the name of the institution/organization (if submitted on behalf of a legal entity);
  • Include an address or other contact details;
  • Specify the preferred method for receiving a response.

A request submitted electronically must be either:

  • A digitally signed copy of the document; or
  • Signed with a qualified electronic signature.
