FAQs regarding visas

I am a citizen of the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus. May I obtain Schengen visa to travel to Lithuania?

According to the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the restrictive measures in connection with military aggression against Ukraine of 20 April  2023, the acceptance of visa applications from the citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus by the visa services of the Republic of Lithuania abroad is suspended, with the exception of the cases when the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania acts as an intermediary in issuing visas.
