As of 21 December 2019, due to rearrangements of consular functions, the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania to the United States of America (as wel as the Consulates General of the Republic of Lithuania in New York and in Los Angeles) does not collect or process applications for Schengen or national visas.

All applications for Schengen visa, lodged in the United States of America, will be examined and decided on by the Consulate General of the Republic of Lithuania in Chicago.

The applicants can lodge their Schengen visa applications at the VFS Global Visa Application Centers for Lithuania. More detailed information is available on the website of the external service provider https://www.vfsglobal.com/Lithuania/USA, over the phone +1 872 302 8365 (08:00 - 17:00 CST) or by e-mail [email protected].

Information on the issue of national visas and residence permits in Lithuania will be provided by the Department of Migration under the Ministry of Internal Affairs: over the phone +370 5 271 7112, by email [email protected].
