AMBASSADOR CONGRATULATES LITVAKS IN THE US
The conclusion of a year brings about times of reflection and repentance and provides us with the expectations of new opportunities for the beginning of a new one. It is in this time of year when we look back and reflect upon our actions and our commitments and are given an opportunity to change that which did not bring about positive results and enhance those which did. On this new year of the Jewish calendar, 5773, in anticipation of good times ahead, on behalf of the Government and the citizens of the Republic of Lithuania we wish to the Jewish Community and Jewish Institutions in the United States, in Lithuania and all around the world, happiness, peace, success, prosperity, good health, and new beginnings.
