1. Applications for the issuance or replacement of an identity card and passport.
2. Declarations of residence for citizens who have left Lithuania for a period longer than 6 months.
3. Applications for the issuance of an emergency travel document.

6. Applications to change a first name and/or surname.

9. Applications regarding citizenship of the Republic of Lithuania (verifying the authenticity of documents uploaded to the MIGRIS system in support of Lithuanian citizenship applications and notifications of acquisition of another country's citizenship).
10. In addition, they will perform notarial acts: certify copies of documents and signatures, and issue certificates confirming that a person is alive.

Applicants will be received from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

During the consular mission, only persons who have registered in advance and received registration confirmation will be served. Registration is available through the electronic registration system until October 14.

During consular missions, the consular fee is increased by 50% (consular fee rates are available here).

Public electronic services provided by the Lithuanian state can be accessed using a new-generation Lithuanian citizen identity card (ID card) issued after August 12, 2021, together with a mobile device equipped with NFC technology and the mCard LTU application downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. Persons holding an ID card issued before January 1, 2024, and using it as a qualified electronic signature tool to access services provided through the eNotaras information system are recommended to apply for a free replacement of their card. More information is available here.
