LITHUANIAN FOREIGN MINISTER EXTENDS CONDOLENCES TO THE U.S. SECRETARY OF STATE OVER MOTHER’S DEATH

On 2 November, Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Audronius Ažubalis extended his condolences to the U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton over the death of her mother Dorothy Rodham. “On more than one occasion you have said how much your mother has done to support your choices in life. May you find consolation in loving memories of your mother who will continue to inspire you in the years to come,” reads the condolence letter of A.Ažubalis. According to the Minister, the life of D.Rodham will also be an inspiration for all those around the world and in Lithuania, who are striving to promote the rights of women so that they can achieve as much as possible in their lives.
