Ambassador Rolandas Krisciunas and Lithuanian Embassy Defence Attaché bureau – Colonel Juozas Kacergius and Lieutenant Colonel Dainius Kaunas presented Colonel (retired) Heino Klinck, the Director of Army International Affairs and Major Matthew Brown, US Department of Army Baltic Countries Director with “Medal of Distinction” of the Lithuanian Armed Forces Commander.
