Edita Orlinytė
Edita Orlinytė, a native of Vilnius, made her first mark by winning the national Lithuanian competition for young string players at the age of ten. She continued her studies, earning both bachelor and masters degrees from the Music Academy of Lithuania. She joined the Lithuanian National Symphony Orchestra in 1992, and toured throughout Europe and Asia. In 1993 she performed in Italy, France and Finland under the direction of Sir Yehudi Menuhin.
Since 1996 Edita lives in Connecticut. In between her American concerts she continued performing in Europe and recorded her solo album, which was released in the U.S. in 2007 and received an enthusiastic reception from String Magazine. In 2008 she made her Carnegie Hall debut and later appeared as a soloist with the Gateway and the Greenwich Symphony Orchestras.

Pianist Rimantas Vingras was born in Siauliai, Lithuania. After studying piano at the Ciurlionis School of Arts in Vilnius, he received a degree in piano performance from the Moscow Conservatory in 1996, and went on to earn both masters and doctoral degrees from the College – Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati.
Rimantas has performed as a soloist in the United States, Great Britain, Russia, Germany, and Switzerland, as well as in his native, Lithuania. Since 2005, Rimantas has resided in London, where he is active as a soloist, accompanist and chamber music player.
In 2009, he started the Living Composers Project, which aims to introduce the music of living Lithuanian composers to young musicians both in Lithuania and the United Kingdom.
